• City and State (for verification purposes only, not displayed publicly)
• Messages and chat content
• Call data (audio/video usage details)
• Government ID (for age & identity verification)
• Selfie (for identity verification)
• Bank account details or UPI ID (for withdrawal purposes only)

C. Automatically Collected Information:

• Device information (model, OS version)
• App usage data
• Log data

2. How We Use Your Information

• Account creation and authentication
• Enabling communication (chat, voice, video calls)
• Processing coin purchases and transactions
• Verifying host identities and age (18+ only)
• Improving app performance
• Preventing fraud and ensuring safety

3. Age Restrictions

This app is for adults 18 years and older only.

• Users must be 18+ to register
• Hosts must be 18+ and provide government ID proof
• We verify host age through manual ID verification
• Users under 18 are not permitted to use this app

4. Host Verification & ID Storage

To ensure safety, all hosts must undergo identity verification before going live.

• Government ID and selfie are required for host registration
• Documents are stored securely on Firebase Storage
• Only authorized administrators can access verification data
• IDs are manually verified by our team
• Verification documents are permanently deleted when account is deleted
• We do not share verification data with any third parties

5. Payments & Coins

We use a virtual coin system for in-app transactions.

• Coins are purchased using Google Play Billing
• Coins are used to pay for calls and services
• Hosts earn coins which can be converted to real currency
• All payment processing is handled by Google Play
• Hosts can withdraw earnings by providing UPI ID or bank account details
• Bank/UPI information is collected solely for processing withdrawal payments
• Banking details are not displayed publicly and are only accessible by admin

We do NOT store your card or banking details.

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with our app.

• Anonymous usage data is collected
• No personal information is shared with analytics
• You can opt out of analytics in your device settings

8. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your data.

We may share data with:

• Service providers (Firebase, Agora, Google)
• Legal authorities if required by law

9. Data Security

• End-to-end encryption for voice and video calls
• Secure Firebase infrastructure
• Regular security updates
• Screenshots and screen recording are blocked app-wide
• Chat messages, calls, and video calls cannot be captured via screenshots
• We use FLAG_SECURE to prevent unauthorized screen capture

• Photos are stored until you delete your account
• Profile photos are visible to other users
• All media is permanently deleted upon account deletion

12. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the app.

Upon account deletion:

• All personal data is removed immediately
• Chat and call history is deleted
• Verification documents are permanently removed
• Transaction records are anonymized
• This action cannot be undone

13. User Safety & Reporting

• Report users for inappropriate behavior
• Block users to prevent contact
• Reports are reviewed by our team
• Violations may result in account suspension

• Right to Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate data
• Right to Erasure: Delete your account and data
• Right to Restrict Processing: Limit how we use your data

We keep your data only as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, data is removed immediately.
